The Money Advice Service is a free impartial service which has been set up by the government to help everyone in the UK make the most of their money.

Their website is packed full of free, unbiased and independent information and advice on all aspects of managing your money, from household budgeting and reducing debts to making the most of your savings and keeping your information safe.

This is a really useful resource whether you are about to embark on a big life event, such as getting married or having a child or if you just need some advice on how to manage your day to day budget. There is also an online Money Health Check which will give you a personalised action plan to help you sort out your finances and plan for the future.

Sound as a Pound

Sound as a Pound is a financial confidence programme for new and existing social housing tenants, of any age (was previously only 16-25 year olds), who live in Nottingham.

The aim of the scheme is to increase financial awareness and confidence in young people, which will help them to manage every aspect of their lives.
